Pinto Pillow (therapeutic size)

This therapeutic size of our pinto (bean) pillow can assist those with asthma, depleted lung capacity, panic attacks, hyperventilating, and other lung issues. This is done by laying down on your back and placing this pillow across the belly and breathing deeply. Expanding the lung capacity by "exercising" the muscle that assists the stretching and opening of the lung.We usually do not fully use the lung, but we need this oxygen and must expel the carbon dioxide to be at our healthiest.
