Because of a buckwheat hull's shape-ability when gathered together they can produce a strong support for your neck. A supported neck can ease upper spinal pain and can quiet nasal snoring due to positioning. To shape, simply push the hulls to the form your neck. They will "swish" with sound that is delightful....like a very delicate bean-bag.

 

During times of illnesses or hormonal sweating, this pillow refuses to absorb moisture and heat, as others normally do. So you stay cool and dryer. A long awaited answer to many women and those with certain illnesses and treatment.
